To be considered, you must have ground-up Multifamily and Senior Living experience with the ability to travel nationwide.

What an ideal candidate would bring to the table:

• 5+ years’ experience as a commercial construction Superintendent
• Excellent client, sub and inspector relationship skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to work autonomously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; computer proficiency
