Requirements for Traveling Superintendent:

• 5+ years’ commercial Superintendent experience
• Ground-up and renovation experience in occupied and new retail construction
• High-end retail store experience is preferred
• Exemplary client and subcontractor management skills
• Solid computer and communication skills
• Nationwide travel required
