Requirements for Underwriting Manager:

• 3+ years’ experience in residential mortgage underwriting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business related field preferred
• Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC preferred
• Ability to direct activity and daily management of underwriting team
• Knowledge of operating secondary market automated underwriting systems
• DU and LP a must
