After specializing in placing bank, credit union, accounting and finance professionals in the Southwest for 13 years Paula has transitioned to managing communications and marketing for Sandias Executive Search.

She strives to convey the firm’s core values every day: Integrity, Resourcefulness, Rapport and Discernment.

Before her recruiting career, Paula was an award-winning journalist in Ohio and New Mexico. She wrote a nationally syndicated career column and published a book of workplace advice. She is a native of Cleveland, OH, but has lived in New Mexico for the better part of 35 years.

She and her husband (and SES founder) Don have three adult children and two grandsons. Paula is a board member of Healing Addiction in Our Community / Serenity Mesa Youth Recovery Center. She enjoys hiking, skiing, golfing, camping, travel, listening to live jazz and attending theater performances.
