For more than 20 years, Erika has obtained the majority of her Administration and Human Resources experience from the Home Healthcare industry in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Naturally nurturing and compassionate, Erika enjoys helping others, so she is excited to work behind the scenes at Sandias Executive Search to support an incredible team of professionals.

Erika was born in a small northwestern New Mexico town but has lived in Albuquerque for 29 years.  She enjoys spending time with her husband of 16 years, Justin, and their six pets (three dogs and three cats).  In her spare time, she appreciates good music, cooking, and getting out into nature to explore, fish, and camp.
