Mike Chavez joined Sandias Executive Search 12 years ago. Mike is part of a vanishing breed in New Mexico -- born and bred. He has spent all of his years in Albuquerque and has thoroughly enjoyed the
changes he has seen in our fair city. With the influx of people from out-of-state and country, it's like the world has brought itself to New Mexico's doorstep.

Prior to joining SES, Mike spent six years with the world's largest rental car company as a senior manager, and seven years in radio. Mike and his wife, Tammi, have two sons -- one is a university student
focused on becoming a Petroleum Engineer; the other is in elementary school, focused on becoming the next "Bill Nye the Science Guy."

Mike has worked exclusively in the California construction market at SES. His focus is on working hard for the candidate and client company, and making every business relationship a win-win for all. It's
like a Chinese dinner: "It's not over 'til everyone gets their cookies!"
