Paula has been specializing in placing bank, credit union, accounting and finance professionals in Southwest markets large and small since 2008. She works with candidates in a wide range of positions. She finds it very rewarding to successfully match a client company with its next key player, and to help candidates find new roles that propel their careers forward.

Before her recruiting career, Paula was an award-winning journalist in Ohio and New Mexico. She wrote a nationally syndicated career column and published a book of workplace advice. She credits her news reporting background for her ability to find excellent candidates and uncover what truly matters to both client companies and candidates.
She is a native of Cleveland, OH, but has lived in New Mexico for the better part of 30 years. She and Don have three adult children. She is a board member of Children’s Cancer Fund of New Mexico, and Healing Addiction in Our Community / Serenity Mesa Treatment Center. She enjoys hiking, skiing, golfing, camping, listening to live jazz and attending theater performances.
